Kirk Fisher Attorney at Law in front of motorcycle

J. Kirk Fisher, JD, LLM

Kirk is a native South Carolinian and was born in Greenville. Kirk graduated from Wade Hampton High School and attended Furman University where he majored in History. Kirk worked full time to pay his way through Furman and was a member and officer of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, played intramural sports and was named to the Dean’s List. After graduating from Furman, Kirk attended Mercer University School of Law and returned to Greenville to practice law after graduation.

Kirk began his career as an assistant prosecutor with the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, and was quickly promoted to head the Traffic Crimes Unit. As the lead prosecutor of the Traffic Unit, Kirk was responsible for prosecuting reckless and drunk drivers involved in wrecks resulting in serious personal injuries and fatalities.
